An exquisite guest-house/gallery and its beautiful flower garden just for you...
In order to continue the spirit of decoration of our
guest-house La Maisonnette Coquette, we created a small “deco” universe, mixing
items gathered in flea-markets and small stores as well as in the
nature.
The garden being implanted only in April 2008 just
after the opening of La Maisonnette Coquette, the association of plants is in
constant evolution. The colors touches, like on a painting are
juxtaposed or modified...
Every part of this little harbor of greenery is
appreciated for either its shady or sunny exposure, depending on the
hours of the day.
You will from time to time glimpse a discreet
gardener spraying, cutting a shrub, harvesting a salad in the
mini-vegetable garden, which occupies little place but offers the main
choice of summer vegetables...
A garden lounge in iron, set in the middle of the
lawn will allow you to take a tea or a cold drink in the center of the
garden... Lounge chairs invite you to stretch out, or to take a little
nap in the shade of the apple-, cherry-, or plum-tree or simply in the
middle of the flowers...
As we had to reorganize the outside spaces, we
decided to slightly modify the surface of the garden, which allows now
in return our visitors to play ping-pong, our young guests to cycle in a
paved space closed by an automatic gate, and still having enough room to
park vehicles... |
